Central IA Home Services is based in Ankeny, so most of our crew's week is spent within a few miles of home: kitchens in Prairie Trail and Briarwood, basements in the newer subdivisions on the north side, bathrooms in the 90s two-stories around Uptown, and decks everywhere in between.
Ankeny grew fast, and a lot of its houses were built in the 1990s and 2000s with builder-grade kitchens and unfinished basements. Those are the two projects we do most here: opening up a galley kitchen with an island, and turning a storage basement into a family room, bedroom and bath with proper egress.
