How much does a kitchen remodel cost around Des Moines?

Do you pull permits?
Yes, whenever plumbing, electrical or walls are changing. We pull them, schedule inspections and use licensed trade partners.
How long will my bathroom be out of commission?
Most hall or master baths run one to three weeks on site once materials are in. We order everything before demo.
Does a basement bedroom need an egress window?
Yes. We price the egress cut-out as part of the plan rather than surprising you later.
