How much does a bathroom remodel cost in the Des Moines area?
It depends on what's changing. Swapping a tub for a tile shower, a new vanity and flooring is a different project from moving plumbing and gutting the room. After a free visit we send a written estimate so you know the full price up front.
How long will my bathroom be out of commission?
A typical hall or master bath takes one to three weeks on site once materials are in. We order tile, the vanity and fixtures before demo so the room isn't torn apart while we wait, and we tell you up front which days the water will be off.
What's included in a full remodel?
We strip the room to the studs and subfloor, fix any water damage, and build it back with proper waterproofing behind the tile. For a smaller budget, a refresh (vanity, fixtures, flooring, paint, maybe a tub-to-shower swap) gets most of the look for less.
